The Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Sponsorship & CSR will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring year-long sponsorship and CSR programs that enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role involves identifying suitable sponsorship and CSR opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring effective execution with measurable returns.
Job Description:
Support the Public Relations Department by contributing to the development and execution of comprehensive, year-long sponsorship and CSR strategies to align with corporate objectives and enhance brand reputation.
Conduct thorough research to identify relevant sponsorship and CSR programs, proposals, and partners that strategically align with the company’s goals and values, ensuring impactful and meaningful collaborations.
Develop strategic sponsorship and CSR plans by analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular, data-driven progress reports and ROI assessments to the team leader for informed decision-making.
Monitor the implementation and outcomes of sponsorship and CSR initiatives to maximize benefits such as brand visibility, event activation, stakeholder engagement, partnership strength, and media coverage, thereby securing optimal ROI for the company.
Cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and potential sponsors and CSR partners, acting as the primary liaison to ensure ongoing collaboration and trust.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end approval process, facilitating smooth execution of sponsorship and CSR activities while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
