∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Total experience as a Software Engineer 7+ years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience as a .Net technical Lead Engineer.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical is highly preferable
∎ Knowledge of the latest versions of .NET Core and .NET, including their features and improvements.
∎ Understanding of Entity Framework for database access and object-relational mapping (ORM) in .NET applications.
∎ HTML, CSS, JavaScript Proficiency in front-end technologies like angular for web development, as .NET applications often involve interaction with web browsers. Clear understandings of SOLID Principals and Design Patterns
∎ Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using technologies like ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core Web API.
∎ Proficiency in working with Microsoft SQL Server, a commonly used relational database in .NET applications.
∎ Understanding of the Entity Framework Core for data access in cross-platform
∎ applications.
∎ Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for source code management.
∎ Familiarity with testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit for writing unit tests in .NET applications.
∎ Understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services, including the ability to consume and create them.
∎ Implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and role-based access control (RBAC).
∎ Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub
∎ Actions.
∎ Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, for deploying and
∎ managing .NET applications in the cloud.
∎ Knowledge of tools and techniques for monitoring and logging applications, such as Azure Application Insights, ELK Stack, or Serilog.

∎ Make decisions on technology choices, architecture, and design patterns.
∎ Define and drive the overall architecture and design of the application.
∎ Ensure that the architecture aligns with best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
∎ Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to maintain a cohesive system.
∎ Actively participate in coding and development activities.
∎ Set coding standards and best practices for the team to follow.
∎ Address technical issues and challenges during development.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of the codebase, architecture, and design decisions.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation for the team and other stakeholders.
∎ Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.
∎ Optimize code and database queries to enhance overall system performance.
∎ Ensure that the application follows security best practices.
∎ Collaborate with security teams to implement necessary measures to protect the application.
∎ Collaborate with teams to ensure thorough testing of the application.
∎ Implement and enforce testing processes to maintain high-quality code.
∎ Monitor and improve code coverage, unit testing, and integration testing.
