∎ B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Computer Science /Computer Engineering from a reputable university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for overall management of IT from Infrastructure to Business Applications
∎ Ensure Information Technology Management are in Line with agreed business strategy and policy
∎ Effectively manage current vendors and develop new ones to manage existing and new projects in a cost effective way
∎ Ensure all IT Compliance
∎ Ensure effective Project Management and demonstrate skills to understand business pain areas and identification of technology solutions to address them
∎ Ensure necessary support for installation and /or fixing of hardware and software issues for all IT users in the company by engaging on-site support.
∎ Resolve and provide necessary solution for Windows, Windows server and Office365 user topics
∎ Capture and document Business specific and company-specific requirements related to software (ERP-SAP /local apps) and hardware
∎ Ensure all infrastructure equipment are functional and operative / real-time onlineness
∎ Manage and provision Windows Server, File Server, AD management, Anti-virus management, Application Server, DatabaseServer, DHCP Server, SCCM Server, in Microsoft platform
∎ Understanding of network architecture of LAN, WAN, WLAN including firewall, router, core and distribution switch for both office and guest networks to ensure overall Network performance
∎ Implement AMC with all relevant partners /principles for all infrastructure equipment to ensure 100% coverage to ensure service continuation and support
∎ Working knowledge of all SAP 6.0 EHP8 modules - SD /MM /FICO /PP-QM, BASIS operation at least 2 years
∎ Customization request from business and coordinate with SAP development team to get projects done.
∎ BASIS administration like user creation, role management, SOST status checking
∎ Capturing necessary user requirement and follow up the implementation by Coordinating with vendors within deadlines
∎ Prepare and provide necessary environment (e.g. OS, DB server, application server etc.) for installation and execution of all IT applications
∎ Taking data backup and perform recovery to ensure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Take part in annual budgeting activities for IT department
∎ Prepare necessary documentation, respond to Bangladesh Bank queries and facilitate timely payment to all local, global service and /or product providers.
∎ Ensure updated details are regularly recorded for all IT assets
∎ Act as local Information Security and cybersecurity lead and ensure all necessary guidelines are implemented
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent problem-solving approach. Proficient with ITIL-based service delivery, Office365 tools, SAP and local system integrator.
