experience with multiple frozen food categories, Institutional Sales, Mto
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales target
∎ Visit potential customers to generate/validate leads for selling processed chicken & frozen foods.
∎ Visit existing customers for up-sell or cross-sell processed chicken & frozen foods.
∎ products and also to provide required services.
∎ Maintain strong business relationships with the customers.
∎ To identify the potential customers from the targeted segments.
∎ Develop an action plan to convert potential customers to direct customers from the assigned business segments.
∎ To keep close contact with the customers and visit them in a planned manner to achieve sales targets.
∎ To be vigilant on competitor's activities, prices, campaigns and report to the management regularly.
∎ To visit different Private Organizations, Semi Govt. Organizations, and other Institutions to know the prospects of upcoming processed chicken & frozen foods items, Including high volume outlets (MTO).
∎ To boost sales and ensure on-time delivery service in coordination with the distribution team.
∎ Proper understanding & implementation of company policies.
∎ To attend complaints with high priority, provide before & after-sales services, and comply with credit policies.
∎ Any other jobs as and when assigned by the departmental head/reporting manager.
