experience with multiple frozen food categories, Franchise Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities of Own & Franchises outlet business in the frozen food industry.
∎ Own Outlet, Franchise Outlet & Food Service Business Establish in Different Locations to increase business.
∎ Implement Door to Door Home Delivery in Dhaka City.
∎ To plan, coordinate, and follow up the work activities of the Sales Team
∎ Ensure achievement of sales target by establishing effective supervision, Co-Ordination among relevant departments & exploring new opportunities.
∎ Initiate all marketing & promotional activities to increase market visibility and brand value of the product
∎ Provide guidance and training to different franchisees or outlet managers to ensure quality standards of food and sales targets are achieved within the specific time frame.
∎ Collect & Analyze market reports to develop & Maintain Market Position.
∎ Develop effective sales planning and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with the target market
∎ Making a budget and implementing marketing plans as needed.
