Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve portfolio wise monthly sales target.
∎ Developing new business relationships generate and negotiate with new customer
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Premiaflex's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Generating proposals and ideas for prospective clients plus other duties and task
∎ Manage and monitor entire marketing & sales cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal for all the Premiaflex's products and services
∎ Create and be accountable for follow-up of all client proposals, contracts and any other related documentation
∎ Ensure bill delivery to customer on time
∎ Frequent visit to external customer to find out problems and provide situational support
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of experience in construction/automobile/plastics' B2B sales
∎ A backbone for negotiating, and the ability to handle conflict
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
