∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Materials, construction chemical sales, Corporate Marketing, Industrial Products sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan of construction chemicals and epoxy-PU floor coating.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target.
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ admixture, Advertising Promotion, Building Construction, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, epoxy, Microsoft Excel, Sales & Marketing
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Age at most 35 years
