∎ At least 6 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules-15 as well Buyer COC.
∎ Prepare the Company Policy & Update Once in a year.
∎ Implement the policy in factory premises.
∎ Train to workers and supervisor about company policy.
∎ Visit the whole premises at least once in a day.
∎ Fine out inconsistency if any, during site tour and take instant solution in case of emergency.
∎ Update to all sectional head if there have been found any problem respectively section wise for sustainable solution as well responsible person.
∎ Prepare risk assessment towards workers workstation and aware them.
∎ Ensure hygienic work condition for the all employees.
∎ Train to subordinates about labor Law & Rules-15 to update them.
∎ Organize/ Conduct the certificate/membership audit e.g. BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, and OCS.
∎ Face several sort of Buyer's direst party and thirds party audit.
∎ Always communicate with buyer.
∎ Update to buyer by giving several sort of information.
∎ Follow up and take remediation plan for Accord pending issue.
∎ Look after workers compensation & benefits whether they are getting without inconsistency.
∎ Ensure and check workers final settlement and maternity benefit.
∎ Prepare yearly training calendar and follow up/organize/endure that all are regularly conducting.
∎ Prepare the Buyer/Certificate/Membership Audit CAP therefore update to buyer and complete the pending job within time line.
∎ Update the HIGG online.
∎ Prepare and check monthly performance data and update and send to H&M.
∎ Follow up the legal license/documents validity and update to head office for renew/amendment if required to responsible person.
∎ Conduct internal audit monthly and send to CAP to responsible person for solution and follow it unit not complete the all issues as well take corrective and preventive action with root cause analysis.
∎ Check all sort of register whether these is okay, e.g. Grievance register, Leave register, Maternity Register, Injury/Accident register, PA register and so on.
∎ Aware to maintenance people and staffs to reduce water consumption and Energy consumption to save the water/energy.
∎ Implement environment management systems.
∎ Regular conduct PC & safety committee meeting and send to labor poridorshon Odhidoptor the meeting Records.
∎ Liaison with labor office/BGMEA/ Kalkarkhana O Protisthan Poridorshon Odhidoptor/Fir service in case of necessary.
∎ Always update to top management.
