Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunities in the market-by-market research.
∎ Conduct market and user research to identify, assess, and prioritise new business opportunities.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.
∎ Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Support and execute Sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Proactively deliver insights on key customers and trends using external data sources.
∎ Prospecting potential customers: via telecommunications, by emails and other forms of Digital Marketing.
∎ Follow-up of sales, partnerships, or other such activities.
∎ Manage certain aspects of our social channels and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Occasionally, write content for relevant tasks.
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients.
∎ Able to use effective technics about market research
∎ Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients via Telephone, Digital Channels and written communication.
∎ Communicate with Technical Department as per Customer Requirements
∎ Provide updates to technical team about client satisfaction
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plans/strategy.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, listening & speaking)
∎ IELTS or equivalent examination results will get preference.
∎ Good with numbers, analyzing them, and taking necessary actions.
∎ Very good working knowledge of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
∎ Has a passion to learn more every day and is able to follow instructions with patience.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.

∎ This Is a Hybrid position and will entitle variable work hours such as working with US clients will require the candidate to work in US hours and Local client work will require the candidate to work in local business hours and Hours will be determined according to the business needs. A total of 160 hours a month will be fulfilled.
∎ May entitle client visits within Dhaka from time to time
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ For outstanding, experienced candidates, salary may be higher
