Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D 3D,Bill Processing,Bill Verification,Cost and Inventory Management,Cost control,ERP Software,Rate analysis

Strong knowledge of measurements and BOQ
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience: Having experience at Billing Section of 7 to 10 years in a reputed real estate /constructions company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Measurement & Quantity Surveying
Take accurate measurements of executed work at site as per drawings and BOQ
Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills
Maintain measurement books and quantity abstracts
Billing & Documentation
Prepare and submit the all vendors bills with all supporting documents
Verify and certify sub-contractor bills
Ensure proper documentation for billing and payment processing
BOQ & Rate Analysis
Prepare and check Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Perform rate analysis for new and extra items
Justify rates for variation and additional works
Cost Control & Reporting
Monitor project costs against budgets
Prepare monthly billing, cost, and progress reports
Track work progress versus billing status
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Accounts Department
Attend billing meetings and resolve billing-related queries with contractors/ clients/consultants
Contract Administration & Claims
Ensure billing compliance with contract terms and conditions
Prepare claims for variations, extra items, and escalation
Assist in finalization of bills and closure of contracts
Software & Record Management
Use MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing/ERP software
Maintain proper billing records, logs, and backups
