Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Training/Trade Course: Additional Training course will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify all kind of voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction both manual and software.
∎ Checking and verifying overall procurement process, sales orders, collections, delivery, pending delivery orders and ensuring their chronological cycle smoothly.
∎ Checking inventory, ownership and acceptable use of assets for Asset Management.
∎ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
∎ Identifying risk factors & additional cost components and prescribing practices to eliminate them.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of audit reports & working papers to support audit findings.
∎ Checking petty cash expenses.
∎ Checking project feasibility report
∎ Any others task assigned by department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only Real Estate Sector Experienced candidate will be allowed
∎ Area of experience : Audit Department Real Estate Sector
∎ Basic Knowledge on Accounts
∎ Computer related skill
∎ Willing to work under pressure & self -motivation
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Non-Smoker
