∎ We are searching a person who has strong personality and well organised managing capability for a 100% export oriented South Korean based head wear company.Job
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation / Issue office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
∎ Very good written and oral communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Managing all aspects of a development organization from inception to completion, including overseas communication, obtaining financing, and maintaining written and oral communication with government organization as well as foreign/international organization
∎ Capable to handle foreign employees work permit, Visa, Passport, Air ticketing independently without any help from others.
∎ Recommend administrative solutions, drive initiatives, and implement new processes or tools in support of business priorities.
∎ Identify need for new policies and procedures due to changing business needs, best practice and legislative changes.
∎ Capable to maintain liaison with all government office like- BIDA, FSCD, FSID, also maintain liaison with public relation.
∎ Managing staff performance management and appraisal processes.
