  • Knowledge of office management, vendor management, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP tools.



Responsibilities & Context:

Meghna Hotel and Resorts Limited (MHRL), a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is developing a country-leading Five Star Hotel & Resorts and Commercial Building with state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of Dhaka City, Bangladesh. MGI is seeking an administrative professional to assist in project-wide planning, site administration, staff support, facility management, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The incumbent will report to the Project Director of MHRL.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Admin Manager in developing and implementing administrative plans to ensure efficient project operations.

  • Support coordination of office management, site facilities, and logistics to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Maintain filing, documentation, and records for contracts, vendors, and project correspondences to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Support planning of administrative requirements across all project phases to ensure readiness.

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Project Teams to facilitate smooth interdepartmental workflow.

  • Assist in resource planning for site staff, office facilities, and project-related events to optimize efficiency.

  • Manage staff accommodation, transport, and welfare requirements to ensure staff well-being.

  • Oversee security, housekeeping, and maintenance service providers to maintain safe and functional facilities.

  • Ensure smooth operation of office supplies, utilities, and IT/communication support to support project activities.

  • Assist in compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and local authority requirements, prepare status reports, and monitor vendor performance to mitigate risks and ensure accountability.
