∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Herbal Medicine, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Company Tax & VAT (Through Knowledge Advantage about Tax & VAT).
∎ Responsible for conduct and maintain accounts and financial dealings.
∎ preparation of financial statement Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
∎ Preparation of Cash follows statement.
∎ Preparation of Cash book, Bank book.
∎ Preparation of Receive & Payment Accounts.
∎ Checking invoices and bills received and gaining approval.
∎ Monitor budget against expenditure.
∎ Bills of material costs reconciliation.
∎ Prepare Payment Voucher, Cheque and maintain day to day banking and fund management.
∎ Implement all financial and accounts manual and plan.
∎ Keep records of all transactions and prepare daily relevant Journals and input into Accounting Software.
∎ Reconciliation of bank accounts.
∎ Prepare annual budget and others report.
∎ Prepare statutory Accounts and liaison with the external Auditors.
∎ Assist Management with various assignments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Strong communication skill in English.
