Responsibilities & Context:
- Have to operate in MS Word, Excel & Power point, Maintenance & Trouble shouting.
- Prepare all sales invoices in time and provide DA wise summary as per the received order.
- Posting of cash, credit payment and petty cash payment & adjustment.
- Checking all Email regularly and necessary action.
- Daily and monthly closing data send to Reporting Boss.
- Prepare reports as per need of supervisor.
- Skill in Internet, Browsing & Email correspondence.
- Have to type documents in Bengali & English.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
