∎ As an Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance), you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting the senior management team in making informed business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in accounts and finance to contribute to the success of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
∎ Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports for management review.
∎ Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Monitor cash flow, manage cash flow projections, and ensure proper allocation of funds.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decision-making.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other financial filings.
∎ Supervise a team of accounting professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
∎ Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
∎ Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Salary: Negotiable
