Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Library Science from any recognized University
∎ Graduation with Professional Certification: Library and Information Science/Library Management System

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Classify and catalog books according to content and purpose.
∎ Maintain KOHA Software, Library Inventory Computerized, Lend and collect books, periodicals, videotapes, and other materials at circulation desks.
∎ Sort books, publications, and other items according to established procedure and return them to shelves, files, database or other designated storage areas and online based.
∎ Inspect returned books for condition and due-date status, and compute any applicable fines.
∎ Review records, such as microfilm and issue cards, in order to identify titles of overdue materials and delinquent borrowers.
∎ Respond to student/teacher/parents' complaints take necessary as required.
∎ Maintain library card for the student, helping students locate books
∎ Organizing the repair of damaged books.
∎ Prepare index databases that provide information for Student and Teacher/users.
∎ Develop library policies and procedures as required.
∎ Other admin related tasks assigned by the school management.
∎ Work as a team player

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills and IT proficiency
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
