Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA -CC qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Playing an active role in formulating the internal Audit plan with appropriate risk based and implementing the plan.
∎ Review internal control systems and recommend for improvements.
∎ Ensure risk-based examinations and evaluations of the internal controls of factory operation and financial management processes.
∎ Performing Audit of Sales collection, receivables, documentation and process.
∎ Checking the TAX & VAT related compliance as per Act & rules.
∎ Checking Cash payment/ Bank payment vouchers, Salary & Overtime sheet.
∎ Checking the inventory management systems.
∎ Check & Report on purchase, production, wastage management.
∎ Checking bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Report on non-compliance issues of monthly/yearly accounts if any.
∎ Acting as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator between corporate office and the factory in terms of internal audit control.
∎ Market Visit, Checking Supplier bills.
∎ Preparing Audit reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in MS Excel (Sum-ifs, Pivot table, Vlookup etc.)
∎ Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;
∎ Possess compliance mindset and innovation focus.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Good negotiation skill and communication skill in English and Bengali.
