∎ Assistant General Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely issuance of stocks as per approved requisition.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register.
∎ Keep Tally/ERP updated for every receipts and issues immediately..
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Maintain different store location wise inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass
∎ Making periodic reports about the stock status and send to related departments.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Face the Annual/periodic Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
