Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance / Accounting from UGC approved reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Degree/Certification like: ACA/ FCA / FCMA and Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liquidity Management: Manage the liquidity of a Business, current and projected cash inflows and outflows must be monitored to ensure that there is sufficient cash to fund company operations, as well as to ensure that excess cash is properly invested.
∎ Management of Statutory Requirements (Cash Reserve Ratio and Statutory Liquidity Ratio).
∎ Investment (Fixed Income, Capital Market and other Non-listed instruments).
∎ Funding, fundraising and sales.
∎ Trading of Forex & Money Market Instruments (Short-Term Markets).
∎ Asset Liability Management.
∎ Control of fixed assets and stock.
∎ Risk Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: (i) Working experience in Treasury
∎ Department of Manufacturing Company.
∎ Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems, especially in a renowned ERP environment;
∎ Experience of working in a regulated environment with both internal and external demands.
∎ ITP will be added advantage.
∎ At least 10 Years practical job experience in Treasury.
Salary: Negotiable
