Experience:
Master in Business Administration major in Marketing/Management/Branding.
Minimum 10 years experiences in leading furniture industry Sales/Marketing/Brand team as a Senior Management team member.

Responsible for leading retail & corporate sales team to meet set target in line to company business goal and growth. To establish Company Products as ‘Customer’s First Choice’ by leading a dynamic marketing team considering consumer, market and business. To assist company management; for diversity in business, people development and to endeavor new market.
To prepare sales plan for all P2P furniture units and to achieve target.
Develop strategy for all the P2P furniture brands in alignment overall sales & marketing plans.
To prepare yearly Sales & Marketing budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives, evaluate customer research, study market conditions, competitor data, analyze future demand and finally to ensure business achievement.
To identify new market and customer and to plan for specific program for business expansion.
Reporting Sales, Marketing and Customer Complaint Reconciliation report with correction plan to the CEO and Director, by fortnightly & monthly.
Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities and to perform towards Excellent.
Creating and continuing a sustainable professional relationship at different levels of existing and new customer organization, publication and media agencies.
Lead material pricing, new product launching and promotional activities
Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity.
Keeping up liaison with all Regional Govt. Officials, Corporate Executives and Businessman for running the business efficiently.
