Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit all suitable land areas, select land, complete registration and take possession of land for company.
∎ Meeting with various Landowners and Media man for procurement of land as assigned by the Management.
∎ Will be responsible to collect related papers and documents from Landowners / Media man.
∎ Will be responsible for vetting and verifying of collected documents and papers.
∎ Will be responsible for checking of drafted Purchase Agreement, Purchase Deed, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
