∎ Masters / MBA (HRM) and completed PGD in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year's experience on General HR and Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, HR Software, Labor law, Legal compliance, Performance appraisal, policy making etc. Candidate having experience in any Microfinance focused organization/donor agencies will get preference. Excellent command in English and Microsoft office program.

Salary:
∎ Basic-30,200/- & Gross-69,460/- (Before Confirmation- 60,400/-)

∎ After confirmation the employee will get all benefits such as 2 festival bonus, 1 Boishaki Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Employee Welfare Fund etc. as per organizational policy.
