Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate actions to ensure that remittance of dividends, Royalty and RIF Regularized Investment Fund are optimized.
∎ Ensure that the accounts and financial reports are accurate and on time
∎ Annual Performance Review - facilitate and process coordination and compilation of company-wide information from respective functions/SBU with analysis and corrective recommendations.
∎ Ensure best possible fund management having preferential rate in every aspect. Facilitate cash flow forecast process for better fund management. Prepare monthly cash flow Accuracy. Report and forecast within specified time. Ensure best possible utilization of foreign currency and arrange payment of foreign currency invoices as well as the sales invoices in Foreign Currency.
∎ Co-ordinate and manage publication of the annual report with agreed deadlines and strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations i.e. Companies Act, Security and Exchange Laws etc.
∎ Lead the Treasury team by helping the team members to perform better towards meeting the business requirements and add value to the process. Monitor sales collection, LC dealing, forward coverage, spot settlement, bank reconciliation etc. day to day job.
∎ Regular review of the insurance portfolio to secure the optimum coverage at all times of the company assets, discounts are availed proportionate with the safety and security standards.
∎ Ensure that the risk management process within the business is robust, up to date and has sufficient ownership at senior levels throughout the organization.
∎ To act as a catalyst in the management of the Revenue & Cash Flow, provide financial analysis and visibility to Group Finance and BODs to facilitate resource allocation decisions.
∎ Monitor economic review of the country and share such information with top team for their decision making .Follow the Group Treasury guideline and ensure compliance with this as well as reporting to CFO as and when asked for and also comply with local regulatory requirements and Foreign Exchange Guideline.
∎ Manage banking/financial institution relationships so that company has access to required funds most competitive rates and terms.
∎ Maintain relationship with SBU finance managers, Group brand team, marketing research team & other stakeholders to ensure high quality on time outputs for the Planning and Reporting function.
∎ Manage relationships with insurance companies so that company has access to required funds most competitive rates and terms.
∎ Manage relationship with Bangladesh Security Exchange Commission (BSEC), RJSC, and other related GOB regulatory bodies for clear understanding of regulations and such processes.
∎ Find new and simplified ways of doing the reporting for both internal MIS reporting and group reporting.
∎ Good Understanding over VAT & Tax implication on business (Revenue and Payments)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience including at least 3 years in the similar position in a renowned organization.
∎ Proven track record of managing finance for large group.
∎ Good understanding of management reporting budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis etc.
∎ Capacity of managing a wide range of banking network.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
∎ Highly motivated, with a curious mind and passion for excellence and innovation.
