We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (PHC Pile), Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for the erection and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Design mechanical systems, components, and equipment layouts based on project requirements and specifications.
3. Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed drawings and models for manufacturing and installation.
4. Oversee the installation, assembly, and alignment of mechanical systems and equipment on-site.
5. Prepare progress reports, engineering drawings, specifications, BOM/BOQ and other project-related documentation.
6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers.
8. Demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
