∎ Graduation in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the maintenance of hardware inventory including performing periodic audits
∎ Configure and provide support for computers (Desktop/Laptop) and other IT devices
∎ Install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances
∎ Provide tier one IT Help Desk support
∎ Ensure on time addressing and completion of IT Help Desk Tickets and Service Request Forms
∎ Maintenance of ticketing queue in alignment with team service level agreement objectives
∎ Perform any other task as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Collaborative mindset
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Openness to engage for ensuring 24 x 7 tech support
∎ Ability to work under pressure
