Responsibilities & Context:
Hosaf Group is looking for a qualified and dedicated Assistant Engineer (Electrical Maintenance) to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted electrical operations across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, including shopping complexes, food courts, substations, and farmhouses.
Job Responsibilities
Perform regular electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Ensure uninterrupted electrical operations in food courts, shopping complexes, and other commercial establishments.
Manage substation-related issues including fault diagnosis, capacity enhancement, installation, and commissioning of new substations.
Supervise electrical systems in farmhouses, swimming pools, and fountains, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
Oversee lift operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Plan and execute new wiring and electrical installation projects in markets and company facilities.
Manage generator maintenance, installation, and operation activities.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, technical standards, and company policies.
Other related works.
