Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation - Major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional degree CA or ACMA.
∎ Knowledge of computer-based accounting & Tally software.
∎ Knowledge and skills to execute all accounting operations in compliance with regulations of IAS, BAS, GAAP, RJSC, etc authorities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
∎ To manage a growing finance department.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ To build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
∎ To advise on venture capital and private equity fundraising strategies.
∎ To develop strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.
∎ To oversee and review accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
∎ To present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
∎ To collaborate with the executives and directors/BoT to create budgets and track key performance indicators.
∎ To meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Enterprise Risk Management.
∎ Financial Analytics, Advice and Counsel.
∎ Annual Audit.
∎ Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
∎ Special Projects and Back-up.
∎ To prepare and outline complex models into simple terms that others can work with.
∎ To monitor the performance of investments including creating reports using business software.

∎ To lead the accounting and finance function.
∎ To support senior stakeholders on all business reviews.

∎ To ensure compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 5 years’ experience in related fields.
