Experience:
Master`s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in OD, Learning & Development, Coaching, or Change Management will be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in OD and Learning & Development functions.
Experience in higher education, large corporates, or development organizations preferred.
Proven experience in designing and implementing OD and L&D frameworks, leadership programs, and change initiatives.
Strong understanding of OD principles, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
Analytical ability to assess organizational needs and measure learning effectiveness.
Proficiency in HR analytics, Microsoft Office, and digital learning tools.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement organizational development (OD) strategies to strengthen universities workforce capabilities.
Drive organizational assessments, workforce planning, and change management initiatives in collaboration with the Director, HR.
Review and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and processes to promote organizational agility and effectiveness.
Facilitate initiatives on team development, employee engagement, leadership pipeline, and succession planning.
Conduct organizational diagnostics (e.g., engagement and culture surveys) and recommend actionable improvements.
Lead the design and execution of the University`s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
Identify training needs, prepare the annual training calendar, and ensure delivery of effective learning programs.
Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver workshops, mentoring, and blended learning solutions.
Evaluate training outcomes and learning impact through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
Manage leadership development programs to foster continuous learning and institutional growth.
