Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's - Major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional degree CA or CMA(Partially)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement proper accounting strategies to keep the accounting practices transparent, standard and law abiding.
∎ Oversees the general accounting function, which includes Payroll, Billing/Credit/A/R, A/P, Bank accounting and operations.
∎ Prepare, organize, and handle company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Ensure posting of day-to-day accounting transaction data/information in the accounting system in time.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report.
∎ Annual budget preparation, control and monitoring of expenditure.
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements.
∎ Ensure financial and accounting principles/standards.
∎ Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
∎ Meet all deadlines regrading submitting reports to different regulatory authorities.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 7 years of relevant experience in the Accounts & Finance department of a reputed university/company.
∎ Knowledge of Computer based accounting & Tally software.
∎ Execute all accounting operations in compliance with regulations of IAS, BAS, GAAP, RJSC etc. authorities.
