Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, document requirements, support project implementation, and ensure smooth post-implementation operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication capability, and experience in preparing business requirement documents and managing project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), if required.

  • Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation.

  • Conduct requirement validation sessions and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, users, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to collect requirements and resolve issues.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.

Project Implementation Support

  • Support end-to-end project implementation activities.

  • Coordinate with development teams to clarify business requirements and track progress.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and issue resolution.

  • Monitor implementation timelines and identify risks or dependencies.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide support after deployment and coordinate issue resolution.

  • Collect user feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operational usage.

  • Assist in preparing enhancement requests and change requirements.

Reporting & Project Tracking

  • Prepare project status reports and progress updates for management.

  • Monitor project milestones and maintain project documentation.

  • Develop periodic dashboards and reports on project performance and activities.

  • Support management with analytical reports and presentations.
