Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and creating unique Bread items
∎ Presenting Bread & Buns aesthetically
∎ Maintaining cleanliness and organized work environment at his/her workstation
∎ Following the recipe and weigh flour and other ingredients accordingly to prepare the dough
∎ Baking different Bread types like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain bread, and adjusting temperatures accordingly
∎ Mixing various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (Beef, chicken and Vegetable filling)
∎ Shaping dough to prepare different types of pastries including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls
∎ Recommending recipes to renew menu and attract more customers (ex: Gluten-free or vegan desserts)
∎ Tracking food and coordinating for raw material supplies as needed
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Should be a food enthusiast
∎ Aesthetic mindset
∎ Clean and organized
∎ Multitasking ability
∎ Good as a team player and ready to work under pressure
∎ Experience of working in the similar position
∎ Knowledge of different types of Breads, Dough, Cookies, Pastries
