Job Context:
∎ OTJ JV, a Joint Venture of three Japanese Multinational Companies (Obayashi Corp, Toa Corp, JFE Steel Corp) for the Construction of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge (WD1), a Project of Bangladesh Railway and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is currently seeking candidates for this post.
∎ Job Type: Fixed Term.
∎ Working Hours: 08.00AM~05.00PM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will Plan, Lead, Supervise and Execute all administrative duties in assigned section to satisfy project requirements.
∎ Prepare letters, reports, records, and other related documents from rough drafts and corrected copies; proofreads completed materials and makes corrections.
∎ Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other diagnostic tools for use by the department and supervisors.
∎ Implement filing of administration documents.
∎ Supervise office cleanliness and maintenance.
∎ Car schedule arrangement.
∎ Car registration and record keeping.
∎ Purchase and record keeping of the stationery and asset.
∎ Prepare purchase order inspection sheet, comparison sheet and related documents.
∎ Search potential suppliers, and negotiate price & ensure commitment from them.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions.
∎ Ensure that financial reports and supporting schedules/verification of daily voucher/ documents are produced for audit, as per Management.
∎ Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with organizational system
∎ Daily reporting to superior authority / management.
∎ Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management decision.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information.
∎ Have to maintain the administrative issues.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3/4 years work experience in Multinational Companies, Infrastructure Development / Construction Companies preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
∎ Experience with office management software like MS Office (Specifically-MS Excel and MS Word).
∎ Must have good command of English in both written and verbal.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ 35,000 ~ 40,000 BDT depending on experience and skills.
