∎ Assistant Accounts Officer, Branch Hospitals (Preferably in Jamalpur): The position is responsible for all areas relating to accurate accounting and reporting of financial transactions. Also, it has the responsibility to do daily accounts-related routine works at branches & vision centers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared Monthly requisition for branch office and get approval.
∎ Process necessary vouchers for updating, daily report through SAP/Tally system
∎ Keep records for all entries as per the organization's record system for audit & office purposes.
∎ Checking suppliers' bills, challan, and facilitating payment upon receiving approvals.
∎ Prepare and duly submit periodic financial and stock reports to the supervisor.
∎ Keep Organization license, copyright and other relevant documents updated.
∎ Processing of all accounting entries, cash receipts and deposits to the bank, preparing bank reconciliations.
∎ Any activities or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor must be carried out.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 (two) years of progressively responsible work experience in a relevant field.
∎ Experience in working with community hospitals in rural areas, NGO / INGOs will be preferred.
∎ Experience in teamwork and team building consisting of different levels of staff.
∎ Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to secondary hospitals land vision centers located in different parts of the country.
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in software handling is a must for the post.
∎ Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship management skills.
