Minimum 8-10 years experience in the FMCG sector/industry. Experience with Food, Beverage, Spicy, Toiletries sector will get extra preference.
Supervision experience with sales automation system will be given extra advantage.
Must have good knowledge of reporting through MS Office, Emailing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism,Negotiation and communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Eureka food and beverage is one of the most potential and uprising business conglomerates. we are looking for energetic, honest, dedicated & experienced leader for the positions of ASM/RSM (Food and Beverage)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct sales operation of Food and beverage.
- Maximize company revenue and profit from the market.
- Explore new business opportunities/ new markets/dealers as well as increase present sales.
- Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
- Correlate production, sales & team to achieve target.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
- Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
- Any other assignment related to job given by the management/superior.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary 80K to 90K (including) for RSM, and 45k-55k (including) for ASM obviously Deserving Candidates.
After 6 months Sales Incentive 10K+ Based on Sales Achievement.
Festival Bonus: 2 Yearly
Standard TA policy.
Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Performance bonus,Weekly 1 holidays.
