Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures that a high quality of creativity is upheld with an impeccable attention detail.
∎ Research the creative market places; stays current with trends and innovation.
∎ Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
∎ Judges' creative concepts; clearly communicates creative direction to others
∎ Engages in long term client relations with a dedication to the client business needs.
∎ Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
∎ Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients
∎ Conducts internal reviews of creative projects with the team; guides, coaches, and mentors subordinate staff.
∎ Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution with solving anticipated problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implementing solutions.
∎ Collaborate and extreme pressure/load taken capacity.
∎ Teamwork, coordination with different teams & department
∎ Reporting to CEO & management.
∎ Monthly creative/artwork schedule and deadline mitigation capacity and growth.
∎ Self-motivated and leadership capacity
∎ Along with compromising capacity and adaptability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, research, and typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Multitasker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation.
∎ Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
∎ Receptiveness to feedback.
∎ Willingness to meet deadlines.
