Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
∎ Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
∎ Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
∎ Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
∎ Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
∎ Coordinate 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution of products.
∎ Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.
∎ Monitor Distributor wise damage control, make cause analysis and take initiatives on adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin and Accounts Department.
∎ Monitor and follow up on market data and information on a regular basis (Competitors and Own).
∎ Follow up on distributor's credit limit and encourage them to cash business.
∎ Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned areas.
∎ Must have the ability to set up a strong distribution network as per company requirements.
∎ Can-do attitude.
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
