• Strong relationship management & Communication skills
• Should have depth knowledge in working with Dealer & Electronics Companies.
• Should posse's ability to plan, analyze market information / market trends /company policies.
• Successful track record in Sales channel development & compulsory understanding of sales process.Self-driven / Positive attitude Should be target oriented.
• Only Electronics Background candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Analyzing the market to identify growth opportunities, and developing and implementing sales, marketing, and financial strategies.

• Guiding, training, and providing development opportunities for sales team members.

• Work with existing customers to ensure a continued high level of service is provided.

• Ensures Customer Relationship Management process is applied to Customers within assigned territory.

• Build up and maintain contacts.

• Prepare and calculate offers.

• Ensure a perfect transition to the Sales Support and/or Service teams.

• Schedule and conduct formal sales activities, including capabilities-based presentations.

• Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned territory and product portfolio.

• To co-ordinate sales and implement marketing policies and functions as directed.

• Maintaining a working communication and relationship with the dealer network and finding the new opportunities.

• Work Promptly in order to Increase the sales & achieve the Monthly Target.

• Ready to work any where in Bangladesh.

• Must Have Own Bike & Driving License.
