Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Radiant Care Limited is seeking a proactive and a strategic Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Modern Trade to drive sales initiatives within modern trade & E-commerce channels. The ASM will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales activities, building strong relationships with key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in modern trade & E-commerce sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture.
∎ The major job responsibilities are among:
∎ Develop & Implement Sales Strategies- Drive sales initiatives in modern trade & E-commerce channels to achieve targets.
∎ Sales Execution- Ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotions, and merchandising standards to maximize visibility and sales across all modern trade outlets & E-commerce channels.
∎ Account Management & Credit Control- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for key accounts, including relationship management, credit control, and negotiating terms to maximize sales and profitability.
∎ Lead Sales Team- Train, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Representatives to optimize performance.
∎ Market & Competitor Insights- Monitor market trends and competitor actions, providing insights to adjust strategies.
∎ Reporting & Stock Management- Ensure product availability, manage stock levels, track sales data, and prepare reports for management.
