Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Lead, supervise, and train the sales team (SSO/TSO/SO).
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and ensure product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Regularly visit markets to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales-related reports.
