Job Context:
∎ The incumbent ensures that all stores are compliant with company policies and operational standards.Responsible for developing sales teams, staff competence with the purpose of optimizing and sustaining sales performance and customer satisfaction. He or she will be responsible for achieving financial performance for the assigned area
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area
∎ To provides necessary coaching to sales teams for sales growth and revenue enhancement
∎ To implements projects and trials for the Area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
∎ To visits Showrooms and Monitors team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ To maintain liaison between distribution center and showrooms to ensure product availability
∎ To analyzes market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales
∎ To Keep himself/herself update regarding competitors activities and local market conditions
∎ To identifies areas of expansion, relocation, of showrooms and disposal opportunities
∎ To achieve successful Mystery Shopper ratings through the development and training of managers
∎ To implements induction programs for new store managers and monitor ongoing performance needs
∎ To supports the delivery of all marketing campaigns as set by the Marketing Department
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer application knowledge over MS Office, and MS Excel
∎ Strong Leadership skills & Customer Service skills
∎ Good negotiation skills over the product selling.
∎ Result driven oriented
∎ Problem Solving attitude
∎ Extended working hour mentality
