• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Should be target oriented and have leadership quality to lead the team.

• Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the area.

• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sales.

• Review operational records and provide reports to the head of sales on sales target to determine profitability.

• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.

• Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.

• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.

• To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the customer to ensure primary & secondary sales.

• To ensure proper monitoring with the juniors to achieve sales target Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
