∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Overseeing the sales of the company's products and services from beginning to end.
∎ • Achieving monthly targets through existing and new customers.
∎ • Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route plan.
∎ • Retain all existing dealers and ensure Proper Service Standards Month to Month.
∎ • Proper Team Management, Controlling, Monitoring & Supervision.
∎ • Leading sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through customer support.
∎ • Conduct seminars and farmers throughout the respective Area.
∎ • Providing technical support to farmers and other relevant entities.
∎ • Adding new agents from the competition in the respective gap market.
∎ • Constant communication with Dealer, Line Manager, subordinates to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
∎ • Monitor & ensure credit, sales collection and sales against credit limit.
∎ • Submit necessary reports as per requirements of Management.
∎ • Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
