Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must have the ability to lead a sales team of 05-07 numbers to perform their best for achieving their objectives.
∎ Ensuring the achievement of team objective by both Rx (prescription) & Volume within the company policy.
∎ Without his team is not allowed to apply.
∎ Coaching & mentoring team members in achieving their individual business objectives & Skills.
∎ Prepare, Update and Submit all kinds plans & reports using appropriate means.
∎ Monitor/Supervise the daily activities of the team members as per company guidelines & policy.
∎ Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with line manager.
∎ Maintain very good personal relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned area.
∎ Analyze the performance of team members on regular basis for taking the necessary corrective measures to ensure their individual as well as team achievement.
∎ Analyze the market scenario with special emphasis to competitors’ activities & propose effective strategy to capture market share.
