Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduation in Any Specialization (preferably BBA) with an MBA from Reputed University.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Rajshahi University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): channel management, Channel Sales, Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Channel sales in the assigned region by taking care of the entire sales cycle.
∎ Managing a number of sales teams, educating them with presentations of strategies at regular meetings.
∎ Manage and lead various field campaigns with the help of sales teams in order to meet sales goals.
∎ Handling direct dealers/franchises and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
∎ Build relationships with the dealers/franchises and sales teams in order to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at the store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.)
∎ Monitoring and authorizing the acquisition of new dealers/franchises and expanding networks as per plan in the assigned area.
∎ Planning and Arranging awareness seminars/exhibitions in various institutions and assisting the corresponding team to get the maximum output.
∎ Monitoring hygiene in the business points. Also, ensure the availability and visibility of the products in the dealers/franchises sales point.
∎ Preparing & assigning annual, biannual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly projections for targets for himself & his teams. (where applicable)
∎ Maintaining Competitor updates in terms of Product/scheme/network expansion & accordingly plan for the month.
∎ Achieving value and volume targets & secondary targets.
∎ Preparing periodic MIS & putting to reporting Manager, HOD & management for daily appraisal.
∎ Prepare the Monthly report & Credit note working.
∎ Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have their own bike.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, etc.).
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications and to be highly adaptable with new technologies.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic BDT 30,000/- (Monthly) with attractive sales Incentives (up to an additional 50,000/-).Job Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
