Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing/Masters from any reputed university with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales, Collection and promotional activities as per company policy.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective marketing strategy.
∎ The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to take the responsibility of a sales division and generate revenue.
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Sales.
∎ Respond to the prospects and clients query.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting and lead generation.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
∎ Arranging presentation to the customer to collect lead and conversion into sales.
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ At least 6 - 10 years practical experience in Steel sector
∎ Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target in line with strategic marketing plan.
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication skill.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Management & MS Excel
∎ Ability to work independently and with a team and be able to work under pressure of target
∎ Should be self-driven & result oriented
Salary: Negotiable
