Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
∎ To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ To develop growth strategies for current markets, and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
∎ To communicate with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ To achieve Monthly as well as annual sales & collection targets under the guidance of the company.
∎ To Ensure efficient and effective credit management to get maximum output for the company and reduce credit notes & overdue up-to-zero levels.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the Head of the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 03 to 05 years of experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): In any reputed Home Appliance company or Gas stove company.
∎ Capable to handle dealers & retailers.
∎ Candidates must be proficient in motorcycling.
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Growth-focused and dynamic in nature.
∎ Solid Computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office
