Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create market demand of products leading team members systematically using company policy and guideline.
∎ Capable to implement company policy and strategy to the market by leading team members.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve sales targets both in quantity and value.
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities for your own and team members
∎ Have to market visit, find out developing area of team members train, coach and motivate them for working systematically.
∎ Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player
∎ Supervising to Sales representative those will work under Area Manager.
∎ Must have to cooperate to distributor to control, recruit & other activities.
