Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Area manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Unani medicines and expanding our market presence across Bangladesh. Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring the achievement of team objective by both Rx (prescription) & Volume within the company policy.
Coaching & mentoring team members in achieving their individual business objectives & Skills.
Prepare, Update and Submit all kinds plans & reports using appropriate means.
Monitor/Supervise the daily activities of the team members as per company guidelines & policy.
Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with line manager.
Maintain very good personal relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned area.
Analyze the performance of team members on regular basis for taking the necessary corrective measures to ensure their individual as well as team achievement.
Analyze the market scenario with special emphasis to competitors’ activities & propose effective strategy to capture market share.
