We are looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our team as an Architect & Interior Designer.
∎ Key Responsibilities: i) Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
∎ ii) Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and presentations.
∎ iii) Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
∎ iv) Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
∎ v) Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.
∎ vi) Conduct site visits and inspections during the construction phase.
∎ vii) Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that reflect the client's vision and brand.
∎ viii) Create floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
∎ ix) Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and decor elements for various spaces.
∎ x) Provide guidance on color schemes, materials, and finishes.
∎ xi) Work closely with clients to make design recommendations and adjustments.
∎ xii) Oversee the implementation of designs, including furniture placement and styling.
∎ xiii) Manage supplier relationships and procure materials as needed.
∎ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Proven experience (1+ years) in architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. A fresher can depend on their qualification while applying.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Strong knowledge of construction processes, and materials.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for design excellence.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Desired Skills:Experience with sustainable design practices.Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
